MEET KENNEDY DREWELL
Founder & Level 7 Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
Derma Definition Aesthetics was founded in 2022 by Kennedy, with a vision to deliver advanced aesthetic treatments through a refined and natural approach. She holds a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Practice, the highest government-regulated qualification within the industry and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing CPD training and masterclasses.
Alongside her aesthetics practice, Kennedy works part-time within a large acute trauma hospital in the Midlands as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist, maintaining active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Her clinical background, combined with a passion for achieving subtle yet noticeable results, has earned the trust of clients across the country who value a considered and natural approach to treatment. Her work has also received industry recognition, including runner-up in the National Beauty Awards for Best New Aesthetics and a recent placement of 4th in the UK in the Hair and Beauty Awards for Best Aesthetics.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young daughter, partner and family, as well as horse riding and reading.

Level 7 Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
Megan is a Specialist Biomedical Scientist, HCPC registered, who achieved her Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Practice in 2025. She takes an evidence-based approach to aesthetics, focusing on treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Her work is grounded in precision and clinical integrity, with a focus on delivering subtle, refined, science-led results.
Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys running, reformer Pilates, long walks with her dog Mabel, and catching up with friends over coffee.
